Tour the stunning Iowa State Capitol. The Capitol is open M-F 8am-5pm, Saturdays 8am-4pm. If you stop by here, you MUST go see the Law Library! This was one of my favorite dates with Michael. When I walked in, my jaw actually dropped!
Escape the chilly weather at the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden.
